Lighthouse Everything Skit

This was a skit that was shown at our church during the youth lock-in. It is a great picture of our walk with the Lord. It was put together so well to show us what satan and his demons are doing to us. They will do anything to get our eyes off of Jesus and focused on this world. I challenge all of you that watch this, stand up and fight before all of these things take over. NEVER GIVE UP!!! Jesus never does!!! Praise the Lord!

Dear Angel,
I followed Tonya's blog while she was in China and was catching up on her family. I read her posting about you and then went to your blog.
HANG IN THERE GIRL!!! You can read our whole story on our blog but short version...it took Mark most of our marriage to even consider adopting..he was adopted and lots of issues surrounded that..It took us a full year to complete our dossier, lots of starts and stops, mostly Mark having to work through his own adoption issues, fears and hurts. I remember him one time telling me.."Sharon, I KNOW we are called to do this, just give me the time I need through each step". I wanted to push him and realized then that it would happen but it was in HIS timing. Now as we will hit week 5 of waiting for TA Monday, longer than most families, I have to stand on that like I have so many times before..right down to the end (or beginning)..
A friend of mine who had adopted three told me before we even began paperwork "There will be delays and times of waiting but KNOW that God has that specific child for you and He will slow things down or speed things up as He needs to". The very month/year we decided to move forward for sure was the month/year Hudson was born. We were DTC 2.9.07, updated to SN in April, updated again in July to include BOY or girl and got the call in Oct. Each decision was a huge thing for us and made only after much prayer.
Don't ever let $$ worry you. We have three kids in private school (used to homeschool) and the costs were overwhelming at first but God has supplied what we needed when we needed it. We are blessed to be able to take all 5 of us and didnt know if that would be possible although we prayed it would be.
I could go on and on and am happy t share more if you want.
I just want you to know that if God placed this in our heart, stand on that. HE LOVES ADOPTION and doesn't put it on everyones heart so if it's there He will make it happen AND it will be such a testimony for others!!
I totally get your longing...We have been blessed with three healthy beautiful kids but I just knew I had one more out there. I always thought it would be an Anya, but she turned into Hudson and we couldn't be more in love..
Anyway, I am going to add your blog to mine so I can follow your journey and know I will be praying for you!! HE WILL DO IT!!!
